For a longer period of time Alida has
had pain in her neck and back and lately she also showed clear signs
of age related sickness. Today Alida fell forever asleep in my arms
and even if I have cried, and still cries, a river I know the
decision was right and was taken for Alidas sake. It's been our
pleasure to live with darling Lidis for almost 16 years. It is also
thanks to her that I fell in love with the breed Basenji so many
years ago, something I will never regret!
Now Alida can be whole again and meet
her old Dobermann friends Jolin and Junior that I think she missed
more than I could ever imagine. Thanks my dear for all the moments,
we remember you with a smile and your twinkling eyes will always be
with us! |
